Ben is Founder and CEO of Cormorant IV Corporation, LLC, an operations, finance, strategic advisory and interim management firm that helps organizations assess and improve their execution effectiveness and transform their existing business/service model to ensure long-term sustainable value creation. His board appointments encompass public company listings on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, the Singapore Stock Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Ben and his wife of twenty-nine years (Deborah) are the parents of three children. Ben enjoys experiencing nature, the arts, cooking, yoga/Tai chi, and travel.
