What are the official dates of the Summit?
The Blueprint Summit kicks off on Friday, October 18th at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19th. Registration and Pre-Summit activities will open three hours prior to the first session.
What are the registration fees?
Early Bird Student Admission (Until August 30th): $100
Student (Ages 14 – 18): $150
Early Bird Regular Admission (Until August 30th): $250
Regular Admission (Ages 18+): $300
VIP Admission: $500
Will there be any extra fees?
No, there won’t be any additional fees after the cost of registration. Travel and lodging is at the expense of the attendee.
What’s included in the price?
In addition to the two all day summit sessions, with your summit pass you’ll also have:
Friday: Continental Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Afternoon Snacks Friday Kick Off Reception: Heavy Appetizers and Drinks
Saturday: Continental Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Afternoon Snacks, Saturday Evening Party Off-Site with Drinks

What are the key cutoff dates?
August 1, 2019 Early Bird Registration Deadline

September 20, 2019 Last day to secure a hotel room at the summit rate.
When does the event begin and end?
Check-in will begin on Friday, October 18th at 7:00 a.m. and the first session of the conference will commence at 9:00 a.m. The conference concludes after our last session at 4:00PM on Saturday, October 19th.

Can registrations be canceled or transferred?
Though we understand that schedules can shift unexpectedly, we do not offer refunds or transfers.
Do I have to pre-register or can I buy tickets at the door?
Registration is required prior to arrival. We encourage registration as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
Are there any special rates available for large groups?
Yes. Please visit our registration page for more information on group pricing. Please note that large groups are for organizations and church groups only.
Is there a special discounted hotel rate if you register for the conference?
The Blueprint Men’s Summit room block hotel is closed at this time. Room availability and reservations can be made with the W Chicago – City Center directly.
What is the suggested attire for the conference?
The suggested attire (including evening events) is business casual; jeans acceptable.
Will I get to meet the speakers?
Yes, there will be some downtime. Feel free to approach our speakers and introduce yourselves. They’d love it!
Will there be special meetups outside the conference?
Generally, attendees like to plan meetups themselves, but make sure you download the Blueprint Men APP as that’s where all announcements will be made.
What is the minimum age required to attend?
The youth portion of our summit is geared for 14 – 18 year-olds, however parents and guardians are encouraged to use their discretion. We expect each attendee to act with grace, honor, and respect.
Is the seating assigned?
We have open seating for our guests except for VIP ticket holders. Premium seating will be available, however, we do recommend arriving early to save your seat!

We’ve negotiated a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Chicago affordable. Please visit the W Hotel page for our host hotel and book your room.
